Getting Started
Do I need a crypto wallet? No. The Syndicate doesn't require a wallet to play. You log in with Telegram, and everything runs in your browser.
Do I need to pay anything to join? No. Joining is free. You get a Standard Pack for free on signup, which gives you your first Capo.
I tapped the magic link and it said it expired — what do I do? Magic links expire after 10 minutes. Just send /start to the bot again and tap the new link.
Earnings
Why isn't my stash going up? Your stash stops filling after 8 hours without claiming. If the earnings card shows a "Capped" badge, claim your stash to reset the window.
When does an epoch happen? Every 15 minutes. Your stash fills a little each time one completes.
My balance hasn't changed — did I not earn anything? Epoch earnings go to your stash first, not your balance directly. Check your stash on the dashboard or run /claim via Telegram.
What happens if I forget to claim for a whole day? Your stash caps after 8 hours — no more accumulates until you claim. You don't lose what's already in your stash, but you missed earnings during the capped period. Claim it, and the window resets.
Why do I earn less than someone with a similar number of Capos? Earnings are based on Heat, not Capo count. A player with 3 well-trained, high-ranked Capos will out-earn a player with 10 untrained Recruits. Train your Capos and promote them to increase your Heat.
Upgrade Slots
What happens if I don't use my upgrade slots today? They're gone. Slots reset at midnight UTC and unused ones don't carry over. Make it a habit to spend them before midnight.
Can I save up slots to use all at once? No. 5 slots per day, use or lose. Earn more permanently through Prestige (see below).
I have 5 slots but don't know what to train — what should I do? As a rule: train the specialty stat of your highest-ranked Capo. The specialty discount makes it efficient, and investing in your best earner compounds fastest.
Can I get more than 5 slots per day? Yes — through Prestige. Each prestige level you earn adds +1 permanent daily slot. A fully prestiged account (P6) gets 11 slots per day. See Training & Ranks for how prestige works.
Prestige
What is Prestige? Prestige is an account-level progression system. By sacrificing a Capo that has at least one stat at their tier cap, you permanently earn an extra daily upgrade slot. You can earn up to P6, giving you 11 slots per day.
Do I lose my progress when I sacrifice a Capo? The sacrificed Capo is gone permanently — but the +1 slot you earn is permanent on your account. Think of it as converting that Capo into a lasting upgrade.
Where do I sacrifice a Capo? Go to your Crew page — the Prestige panel at the top shows your current level and which Capo you need to sacrifice next. You can also view your full prestige progression on your Profile page.
Where can I see my prestige level? It's shown in the top navigation bar (P0, P1, P2…) next to your $RACKET balance on every page. Tap it to see the full ladder. Your Profile page also shows a full breakdown.
Territory
My Capo lost a district — where are they now? They're back on your roster, unassigned. Go to the territory map and redeploy them.
Can my Recruit hold a district? Yes. Any Capo at any rank can hold an empty district. Recruits just can't initiate takeovers.
Why can't I take over a district? Your attacking Capo needs to be at Captain rank or above to challenge an occupied district.
Referrals
When do I start earning the referral bonus? Once your recruit reaches Soldier rank, you automatically start earning 5% of their epoch emissions. It comes from the game's emission pool — it doesn't reduce their earnings.
My referral joined but I'm not getting the bonus — why? They haven't reached Soldier rank yet. Once they do, the bonus activates automatically.
How do I get my referral link? Send /referral to the Telegram bot.
Packs and Capos
What's a "god pull"? A rare event when opening a pack. Instead of a normal stat distribution, your Capo starts with 5 in every stat plus the full tier budget on top — significantly stronger than a normal pull. It triggers a special reveal animation. Chances depend on pack tier: Standard 0.1%, Premium 5%, Elite 10%.
Can I rename a Capo? Capos are named when they're created and their names stick. Part of the character is the name you didn't choose.
What happens if I release a Capo? They're gone permanently. You can't get them back. Be sure before you release.
Technical
The game isn't loading — what do I do? Try sending /start to the Telegram bot and tapping the fresh link. If problems persist, try opening it in a different browser.
Can I play on desktop? Yes. The game works in any browser, on any device.
