Training & Ranks

Training your Capos is how you grow your earnings. Every stat point makes them stronger. Every promotion unlocks more of the game.

Upgrade Slots

You get 5 upgrade slots per day. They reset at midnight UTC.

Use them or lose them. Unused slots don't carry over to the next day.

Each slot can be spent on one of two actions:

  • Train a stat — add 1 point to one of your Capo's 5 stats

  • Promote a Capo — advance them to the next rank (when all conditions are met)

Bonus slots via Prestige. Each prestige level you earn adds +1 permanent daily slot. A P6 player has 11 slots per day.

Training Stats

To train a stat, pick a Capo, pick a stat, and spend $RACKET. Done.

A few things to know:

Training costs increase as stats get higher. Early points are cheap. Late points are expensive. The jump is significant — budget accordingly.

Specialty discount. Every Capo has a specialty stat (Enforcer, Hustler, etc.). Training that specific stat costs 20% less for that Capo. Match your training to your Capos' specialties where possible.

Stats are capped by tier. There's a ceiling on how high any stat can go at each rank. See the Stat Caps table below. The cap lifts when the Capo is promoted.

Ranks

Every Capo starts as a Recruit and can be promoted through 6 tiers:

Rank
Notes

Recruit

Starting rank. Limited to manual actions

Soldier

Unlocks Auto-Hustle — your Capo earns while you're offline. Referral bonuses activate

Captain

Can take over territory districts from other players

Lieutenant

Significantly increased Heat multiplier

Underboss

Near-max earning potential

Boss

Maximum rank. Highest possible Heat output

Higher ranks generate dramatically more Heat — and therefore more $RACKET per epoch.

Stat Caps by Tier

Stats are capped based on your Capo's current tier. You cannot train past the cap until the Capo is promoted.

Recruit

Soldier

30

Captain

40

Lieutenant

60

Underboss

80

Boss

Train stats to the cap, then decide: promote to unlock the next cap, or prestige.

Promoting a Capo

Promotion is gated by three conditions simultaneously. All three must be met at the same time:

  1. Time — Your Capo must have spent a minimum amount of time at their current rank

  2. $RACKET — You must pay the promotion cost in $RACKET (this is burned, not returned)

  3. Achievement — Each Capo must complete a specific task at their current rank

There are no stat thresholds. A Capo with low stats CAN be promoted — but promoting early means lower earnings at higher ranks. Train before you promote if you want to maximise your $RACKET per epoch.

When all three conditions are met, spending one upgrade slot on the promotion moves your Capo up a rank.

Prestige

Prestige is the endgame. When a Capo has at least one stat at their tier cap, you can sacrifice them to permanently earn an additional daily upgrade slot.

Prestige levels must be earned in order (P1 first, then P2, etc.). A P6 player has 11 daily upgrade slots — nearly 4x the base.

The sacrificed Capo is gone permanently. Choose wisely.

Viewing Your Progress

Your Profile page (/profile) gives you a full account overview:

  • Prestige level — large badge at the top, shows your current P0–P6 status

  • Daily slots breakdown — "6/day (5 base + 1 prestige)" so you always know where your slots come from

  • Prestige ladder — all 6 levels, which are done, which is next, and what you need to sacrifice

  • Account stats — total capos, districts held, lifetime $RACKET earned

  • Referral section — your referral link and earnings

The top navigation bar shows your prestige level (P0–P6) next to your balance on every page. Tap it to see the full ladder without leaving the current page.

Strategy Tips

Don't spread slots too thin early on. Focus on one or two Capos and get them to Soldier rank fast. Auto-Hustle at Soldier is a significant passive earnings boost.

Train the specialty stat first. 20% discount adds up. A Hustler Capo trained in Hustle costs meaningfully less than one trained in Brains.

Promote deliberately, not just because you can. Make sure your stats are solid before spending $RACKET on a promotion. The cost doesn't refund if you regret it.

Check in before midnight UTC. Your slots vanish at reset. A quick 30-second check to spend any unused 5 slots is worth it.

Think about prestige targets early. When a Recruit hits stat 20, you have a choice: promote and keep leveling, or sacrifice for +1 daily slot. Early prestige levels are cheap — a Recruit sacrifice costs nothing beyond the Capo itself.
