Your Crew
Your crew is made up of Capos — AI-powered agents that earn for you, hold territory, and handle business while you're offline.
You can have up to 15 Capos on your roster.
Stats
Every Capo has 5 stats. These determine how much they earn, how well they negotiate, and how they behave.
Muscle
Raw strength. Helps in confrontations and holding territory by force
Hustle
Work ethic. Improves $RACKET earned from side-hustles
Brains
Intelligence. The most important stat for negotiations and territory takeovers
Rep
Street reputation. Influences outcomes and unlocks certain advantages
Grit
Endurance. Resistance to setbacks and attrition over time
Stats range from 1 to 100. Training a stat costs $RACKET and one of your daily upgrade slots.
A Capo's total stats determine a big chunk of their Heat — your earnings multiplier. More stats = more $RACKET per epoch.
Personality
Each Capo has one of four personalities, assigned when they're created. This affects their behaviour in negotiations and their AI-generated dialogue.
Aggressive
Goes hard. High-risk, high-pressure approach
Cautious
Plays it safe. Measured and defensive
Charismatic
Smooth talker. Wins through charm
Ruthless
Cold and calculated. Gets results without sentiment
Specialty
Each Capo also has a specialty — a stat they're naturally good at. Training that stat costs 20% less $RACKET for that Capo.
Enforcer

Fixer
Rep

Grit
When you're deciding who to train, prioritise training a Capo in their specialty stat — you get more value per upgrade slot.
Packs
New Capos come from Packs. There are three tiers:
Standard
25 points
0.1%
Free on signup, earnable with $RACKET
Premium
35 points
5%
$RACKET or SOL/USDC
Elite
45 points
10%
$RACKET or SOL/USDC
Higher packs give both a bigger stat budget (stronger Capo from the start) and a dramatically higher chance of a god pull.
A god pull means your Capo starts with 5 in every stat on top of the full tier budget — a Standard god pull gives 50 total stats, a Premium gives 60, an Elite gives 70. It's rare at Standard. It's very possible at Elite. When it happens, you'll know.
Managing Your Roster
If your roster is full (15 Capos) and you want to open a new pack, you'll need to release a Capo first. Releasing a Capo is permanent — think carefully before you do it.
A well-rounded roster beats a single maxed-out Capo. Spread your Capos across the territory map to hold more districts and earn more Heat bonuses.
